menagerie or learning facility, they can not be
bred.
Hybrid cats =domestic x small exotic cats are
considered domestic cats by definition and
subject to the same laws concerning ownership
as any other domestic.
Although there is a law that no hybrid f3
generation or higher may be declawed unless it
is medically necessary.
